All items are printed on demand and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Gelato. This means:

  • Each product is custom-made specifically for you and is final sale, unless it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Slight color variations may occur due to differences in printers, materials, or regional fulfillment locations. These variations are normal and not considered defects.

  • We strive for quality and consistency, but exact matches to digital previews or previous orders cannot be guaranteed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

3. Prices & Payment

Prices are subject to change without notice. All transactions are processed securely via Shopify Payments or other available payment gateways. We are not responsible for delays or fees caused by your bank or credit card provider.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimated and may vary depending on location and order volume. vybHAUS is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carriers

  • Customs

  • Incorrect shipping information

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our full Return & Refund Policy for details. In short:

  • We do not accept returns unless an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Issues must be reported within 30 days of delivery with photo proof.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.

6. Accuracy of Content

We aim for accuracy in all product descriptions and images. However, we can’t guarantee that all screen displays reflect true color, scale, or finish.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this site—including images, product designs, and branding is the intellectual property of Vyb Haus or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. User Comments & Submissions

If you submit content (reviews, photos, feedback, etc.), you grant us the right to use, edit, and publish it for marketing and promotional purposes, without compensation.

We may use third-party providers (like Gelato, Meta, or Shopify) to deliver services. By using this site, you acknowledge that we are not liable for actions or omissions of these providers.
