Order Processing & Fulfillment
All products are made to order. Once you place an order, it is sent to a U.S.-based production partner for printing and fulfillment.
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days.

Shipping Times
After your order is fulfilled, delivery usually takes 3–7 business days within the United States.
Please note these are estimates and may vary slightly depending on your location and time of year.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order details. If free shipping promotions apply, they will be clearly stated before you complete your purchase.

Tracking Your Order
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking link to update.

Delays & Delivery Issues
We strive to meet delivery expectations, but occasionally delays can occur due to high shipping volumes, weather, or logistics disruptions.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days from the shipping date, please reach out to us at hello@vybhaus.com, and we’ll investigate.

Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
