Return & Refund Policy
At Vyb Haus, all of our prints are made-to-order, which means we produce each item individually just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
However, we stand by the quality of our products and will gladly offer a replacement or refund if:

The item arrives damaged, defective, or not as ordered

The issue is reported within 30 days of the delivery date
Reporting an Issue
If your order arrives with any of the issues above, please email us at hello@vybhaus.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Include:

A clear description of the issue

Photos of the item and the packaging

Your order number
We will assess the issue and, if approved, offer either a replacement (at no cost) or a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds
If a refund is approved due to damage, misprint, or a fulfillment error, it will be processed through our print partner. Refunds are usually issued within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
We do not offer partial refunds or price adjustments for:

Delivery delays outside of our control

Slight variations in color due to monitor display differences

Incorrect shipping address submitted by the customer
Return Shipping
Since all orders are produced and shipped through our print partner, returns cannot be sent to Vyb Haus or a fulfillment center. If a return is requested and approved for any reason, we’ll provide instructions at that time.
